Blue Family

Warm and forgiving for systems with a slight edge or for those who like a more smooth laid back presentation. Blue and Ultra Blue are especially good for AV and home cinema.

Black Family

Smooth, fine detailed and great resolution while actually reducing apparent harshness. Music is presented as a coherent, organic whole, with a jaw-dropping sense of realism and naturalness.

Silver Family

Totally uncoloured, acting as a wide open channel sounding unforced, vivid and dynamic with phenomenal resolution, transparency and natural tonal colours. All this while sounding extremely analog and coherent, from the exceptional top end extension to bottom with finely detailed, separated bass notes.

Reviews and User Comments

“I wanted to check if it’s possible to change the name of “Ultra Black” cables to “Ultra Awesome” please I couldn’t resist passing on my heartfelt appreciation to you and your team I have never listened to Leonard Cohen and Floyd this much before !”

– Nitin Chanduka, Singapore

“Silver III represents both a significant leap forward in performance over Silver II and lends itself to more upmarket equipment partnerships. So, significant in fact that Tellurium Q decided a matching set of interconnects werein order.

Having checked several of the latest generation of Tellurium Q cables against their predecessors, this seems to be a common theme; the cables are improving across the board, and they are also allowing more high-end performance. But perhaps more importantly, they do this beyond the direct comparison with TQ’s existing cable range.

Tellurium Q Silver III is one of those easy recommendations. At its price, it’s hard to beat for overall value. It takes what made Silver II so popular and adds so much more.”

“The Tellurium Q Silver III represents a major upgrade over the Silver II in this system. Improvements are not subtle but immediately apparent, with significantly increased openness, articulation, separation and musical engagement. The upgrade encourages longer listening sessions and renewed enjoyment of familiar recordings. The Silver III´s make a greater emotional connection to the music. Period.”

As this review makes clear, the Silver III represents a significant step forward, offering more than just noticeable improvements across multiple aspects of performance.

“Unlike many high-end audio cables, regardless of price, the Silver III does not struggle with the balance between accuracy and musicality; instead, it fuses them into a seamless harmonic entirety.

Tellurium Q’s presence and recognition are driven primarily by the impact of its products, which, regardless of range, always set a challenging benchmark for others to meet – demonstrating comprehensive cleverness and thoughtfulness.

When research and design create real-world impact, great high-end audio cables are distinguished from mediocre ones, and under Geoff Merrigan’s direction, Tellurium Q has gradually and consistently set itself apart in the vast and saturated audio cabling market.

For what they represent on so many levels – challenging conventions, but especially for their performance and highly enticing musicality – I am more than happy to grant Tellurium Q a 2026 Mono & Stereo Best Buy Product award.”

“Whereas in a typical copper cable purchased by the meter, the recording’s grime and cymbal clatter would somewhat detract from the listening experience, the Ultra Blue will “round out” the shrillness of such recordings, transforming the clamour into a tolerable and acceptable, relaxing spectacle. The soundstage construction with this cable is surprisingly precise, and you won’t lose any resolution in the upper ranges.”

“The Black II series strives for a natural sound. It offers excellent insight into the recording and beautiful space in jazz, but doesn’t flay vocalists when it comes to the more difficult phonetics of the Polish language. It’s a fantastic compromise for those who listen to everything from capricious rock, through classical music, to audiophile jazz releases.”

“It turned out that the Silver III delivered the best performance, offering both dynamic and powerful sound, and a highly resolving dimension…. The Silver III opened up the space, spreading the musicians apart on stage, and allowed the large Pylons to “breathe.”

“Silver III is all about clarity and control. The most obvious shift compared with its predecessor is a lower noise floor, which sharpens image outlines and opens up the space between instruments. Transients start and stop with a crispness that makes timing feel more explicit, while complex mixes are untangled….
The sense of musical togetherness is really rather special, especially with the companion interconnects, and something that even some far pricier cables lack.”

– Jay Garrett, Stereonet
